This policy explains how TruthPane handles information when you use our browser-based tools at truthpane.com. TruthPane is independently operated under the TruthPane brand. For privacy questions or requests, contact 53815263@qq.com.

1. Your files and analysis

Tool calculations run in your browser. Free analysis does not upload your imported files, campaign names, tracking links, input values or results. Downloaded reports remain on your device. Optional Pro publishing, when available, uploads only the structured summary you explicitly review and confirm; see the Pro section below. We cannot restore local files you have lost.

If you choose to send a report to someone or share a model-parameter link, its recipient can see the information it contains. Review what you share. A link containing model assumptions is different from a privately stored report.

2. Browser storage

The tools may store preferences such as language, theme, column mappings, naming rules and manually entered model assumptions in your browser's local storage. Imported business datasets are not saved there by TruthPane. You can remove saved preferences through your browser's site-data settings; this resets your preferences.

3. Hosting and usage information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Delivering and protecting web requests involves technical information such as IP addresses, request URLs and browser information. Cloudflare may process that information under its Privacy Policy. This infrastructure processing is separate from the business files analyzed locally.

TruthPane uses a first-party statistics endpoint on this website to understand which pages and tools are useful. It receives only a fixed page path, UTC date, daily random browser identifier, random page identifier, page-open count, foreground-visible milliseconds, sample clicks, completed calculations and initiated CSV/HTML/JSON downloads. It does not receive file contents or names, campaign names, tracking links, input values, results, URL query strings or fragments, or referrers.

A random browser identifier is stored in local storage and rotated each UTC day. The server hashes identifiers with a secret before storing them. Our statistics database does not store IP addresses, user agents or the original browser identifiers. Hosting providers still handle network metadata to deliver requests. Daily browser counts are approximate, not a count of individual people; visible time is not a measurement of attention, and download counts do not prove a file was saved.

Statistical records older than 90 days are deleted on the next accepted statistics request. There is no scheduled deletion during periods with no incoming requests. Only an authorized operator can read aggregate reports. We do not use these counters for billing, use advertising trackers, or sell personal information. The previous homepage Cloudflare Web Analytics script has been removed.

Use Turn off usage statistics (exclude me) to stop future collection in this browser and remove its daily statistics identifier. The choice is stored locally and is lost if you clear site data; it does not remove prior server records. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored. Local development, preview domains and detected browser automation do not report. To enable statistics again, remove the truthpane.usage.disabled preference in your browser's site storage. The controls do not affect essential hosting requests.

4. Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle your request. Please avoid sending raw advertising data, passwords or payment-card details. Messages are also handled by the email providers used to deliver them.

We retain support correspondence while needed to resolve the request and follow-up issues, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion; we will explain if a legal obligation requires us to retain particular information.

5. Payment testing

The public tools are currently free and require no customer account. A separate, restricted Waffo Pancake integration is being tested; it is not a public paid-service offer and test orders do not grant paid access.

If you participate in an authorized payment test and open Waffo's hosted checkout, information you enter there is processed by Waffo under its Privacy Policy. The test integration is designed to retain only verified event and order identifiers, event type, timestamps and a notification hash for troubleshooting and duplicate detection. It does not store full card details, email addresses or raw notification bodies in its receipt database. Test receipt retention has no automatic deletion schedule at present; contact us to request removal of records associated with your test.

We will update these disclosures before offering live payments, including the information needed for purchase fulfillment, cancellation, refunds and retention.

6. Providers, security and your choices

Hosting, email and any separately accessed payment services may process information outside your country. Their processing is covered by their own policies and applicable safeguards. We limit access to information we hold, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict processing. Contact 53815263@qq.com to make a request or raise a concern. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. We cannot identify or delete files that remain only on your device. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
